Cancelling or modifying an appointment requires a minimum of 24 hours notice to avoid a
50% cancellation fee. Failure to show up for your appointment will result in being charged the full appointment cost on your next appointment.
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, it may need to be rescheduled or adjusted, and the late cancellation policy will be enforced as specified above.
At Hair 4You, we prioritize the safety and peace of mind of our valued clients through our color services.
Our policy includes skin allergy testing to ensure the suitability of our coloring products.
Important Information Regarding Your First Color Service at Hair4You.
If this is your initial color service with Hair4You or it's been six months since your last one, please schedule an appointment for a skin allergy test at the salon no less than 48 hours before your appointment.
Please keep in mind that all color services are prohibited for individuals under the age of 16.
If you experience any signs of irritation, reddening, swelling, inflammation or itching after skin test please contact us. If you develop symptoms that make you unwell please contact a medical professional.

Our team is dedicated to exploring all possible avenues to ensure that you're happy with the outcome.
We take all complaints seriously and aim to handle them in a thorough and professional manner. If you're dissatisfied with any service you have received, please let us know before leaving the salon. If that's not possible, please get in touch with us within three days of your visit so that we can address any issues.
While we always endeavour to resolve any problems as quickly as possible, please bear in mind that complex complaints may take more time to investigate.
Policy on Personal Belongings
At Hair4You, we understand the value of personal belongings, but we are not liable for any loss or damage that may occur to your personal items, including clothing, while on our premises. Although our team takes every possible precaution to keep your belongings safe, we cannot guarantee their protection.
We ask that you wear appropriate clothing to avoid disappointment, and it's best to avoid high necklines and collars. While we take every measure to avoid colour stains on clothing, it's advisable not to wear expensive garments when getting your hair coloured at our salon.
